To Go at TS

Is it possible to show up without reservations and order to go?

Specifically, I want to eat pineapple pancakes from Kona Cafe but I know my family won't get up and go with me that day! Anybody know where else or how else to get these babies?

While I'm at it... does anybody know where to get the pretzel bread (I think from Le Celier) without eating at a TS rest?

No, not really. Most of the TS restaurants are busy enough that they don't have the time for take out.

Just make an ADR early and go by yourself.

The pretzel bread at Le Cellier very closely resembles a soft pretzel.

Technically you aren't ordering this from the Kona Cafe but during their dinner hours you can go over to the Kona Island Sushi Bar and take out the Sushi which they serve.
