To DS - best option

Since buses only start an hour before park opening and our family wants to the at HS an hour before opening - what is the best option to get there?

But if you are going by vehicle before buses run... Not sure when the Friendships or SkyLiner start (if it's any earlier than the buses).

Uber/Lyft to the Swan/Dolphin and walk to DHS. I believe walking is the only way to guarantee you can be there a full hour prior to opening. WDW buses are the next best option as at least the first bus tends to arrive prior to the parking lot opening. The recent recommendation has been to be at your resort bus stop at least 90 minutes prior to stated park opening.
