We are going to do little trip to Disney in May, and I am overwhelmed right now with what to look at or who to speak with.

Can I tour the wedding/ reception locations?
Do they have food tastings?
Will I be able to sit down with someone to put a sample bill together?
Will I be able to meet with a planner before we pick an actual date or decide wishes vs escape?

Can you just walk over and see the pavillion?

do you have a wedding consultant or planner? If so, contact them about doing a site visit. If you're going for your planning session then talk to your planner about doing a food tasting.

If you haven't contacted Disney Weddings yet, I'd suggest you do that soon, so you can be assigned for someone.

Hello! I contacted them, they said they would have someone contact me (a planner) its been a couple of days, havent heard yet so Im getting antsy. :) They must be busy this week!

it took about 3 days for me to here from my consultant. when are you planning to get married. i was wondering because you don't normally get a planner until 8 months out. you should hear from them soon.

The first person you are assigned is a sales manager/consultant. They can take you on site visits and give you some basic information. You wouldn't be able to actually have a planning session or tasting until after you are assigned a wedding planner and signed your contract. You can visit any sites you would like though and set that up through your consultant. :thumbsup2
