To do BBB or not for DD4

I've been reading various threads on BBB and think DD4 would love it! Anyone have younger DDs that couldn't go? My DD2 (at time of travel) isn't old enough to go so I feel bad for her but yet I don't want to deprive my DD4 of this experience. I'd probably schedule BBB during youngest DD's naptime but I could do her hair, makeup and dress myself when we got back to the resort.

How far in advance do you schedule the appointment in relation to a princess meal? I was thinking of scheduling something around 3-330 for a 6:00 dinner. Also need to take into consideration travel time. Maybe we'll take a taxi. Thanks for any opinions!

It's such a bummer for the younger siblings! My DDs will be 4.5 and 2.5 years old, and honestly, I think my 2.5 year old would love it even more than my 4.5 year old! She LOVES to sit and have her nails painted, and she always sits with me when I'm doing my make-up and asks to have cream put on her and everything . . .

I'm going to take my older DD to the PPT with Aurora, so I'll make a first of the morning appointment at the BBB for her. Just make-up and hair. The night before, I'll have a "gift" delivered to our room containing dresses, accessories and nail polish from "Aurora" to both of my girls. Then we'll all paint our nails in preparation (to save time in the morning, since I'm cutting it close with the appointments), and the next morning they'll get all dressed up. We'll go to the BBB together, where older DD will be made up, and younger DD and I will shop for a special small "something" and one of their make-up kits -- then she and I will sit and make her up. My older DD and I will then go to tea with Aurora, and younger DD and DH will go to breakfast with Mary Poppins and the gang in the GF.

Not perfect, but I think this will work and they'll both feel very special!

I think the BBB was my dd´s highlight this past trip, and it is what she is always talking about.

I have a DD6 and a DD22 months, and while DD6 will be at her appointment, I'll do DD22 months hair and makeup and nails on my own... toddler style, of course. I think any special attention and just being there will be good enough for the younger ones. I'd definitely do it!

Right outside the BBB salon they sell all the hair doo-dads that they use in the boutique. So maybe you could purchase some of these for your younger DD's to do their hair.
