to cancel or not 1 nite at BCV 2/20/09

We have a 2bdrm dedicated reserved for feb vacation at the BCV. We found the air fare to be cheaper to fly out on the 19th by 150.00 each. So we're flying out the 19th. We have the room booked until check out the 20th. Should we cancel this night or sell it?

Cancel!!! Who would really buy just one room. I believe BCV is booked solid so it is not like anyone could add more nights to that room.

Besides, there maybe someone who is waitlisted and could really use it.

With SAB under partial renovation during that time, testing the rental waters might be tricky. Plus, the weekend before P-Day is more in-demand than the weekend after.

That would be the weekend after presidents day right? Since Presidents day is Feb.16, 2009. Is it the 19th you would be selling or the 20th? We are going to arrive on the 20th of Feb. and are looking to find a room for that night.
