We do free dining every year, and this year my new
DH's sister, hubbie, and her kids (3 + infant) and his parents want to do a joint trip b/c of how much we have talked up free dinning. Now should I book now or wait? I know free dinning fills up usually within a few weeks but is this year a little slower? I'm concerned b/c MIL saw ads on TV for it so it sounds as if they are beefing up the advertising this year. The only reason I am hesitant to book is we (literally today:a few hours ago) put in a bid on a new house, and my BIL will find out monday if he keeps his job. Depending on how these things work out we may not end up going or only half the group may go, etc. We are looking to get a value room either way, but possibly a ASMu suite and 1 standard room or 2 suites. Do you think these will book up quickly, should I book it now? Or should I wait and see what is going to happen financially with both familes?
In a nutshell is it totally selfish of me to book our rooms now to 'hold' them and potentially have to cancel one or both of them later on? I dont want to miss the deal but on the other hand I dont want to keep someone else from getting it either. Thanks for your opinions.
