To all who are going in July, what's planned so far?

I just booked our trip for July so I:banana: have nothing planned yet. I have never planeed a WDW trip with so little time so I am a little bit freaked out. But at least I won't have to wait so long for the trip to get here.:)

Hotels booked: portofino bay from July 14-18 and the Polynesian from July 18-26 on the DxDp!

ADR's are booked and have been changed numerous times, especially since my parents just booked 5 nights with us at the Polynesian....but I was able to keep everything in tact.
Airfare is booked.
Just waiting to book transfers from MCO to Universal and from Universal to Disney. I'd love to surprise my kids with a limo but not sure if I can swing it.....
I've purhased sunscreen and clothes and I want to start packing - LOL!!!!

I'm super excited!!!!

We are booked for the Poly July 24-31st with DDxP. SO EXCITED CANNOT WAIT. Made all our ADR's, driving so no worries about a car, we just need to pack and go!

We are will be staying from July 11-18 at the BC with a family grand gathering of 13. We are all so excited, but I am having reconstruction surgery on my knee in the next few weeks. So hopefully I will be able to walk by then, or I will have to use a wheelchair while in the parks.

I Have a question for those who have attended during July as this will be our first time during this month. How's the weather during July?

Glad to hear everyone is going do WDW, two months and change away lets go!

We are booked at staying at CBR July 22 thru July 29th with free QSDP. Airfare with Southwest is booked and paid for. Made two ADR's - Crystal Palace Breakfast and Rainforest Cafe. Have our plans worked out for which park on what day, etc. I am very excited - we haven't been to Disney since 2007. Hope everyone has a fantastic time!!!

I have been in July and August and while it is very hot, I feel it is really hot and humid in CT during those months so it really isn't a big deal for us. We leave the parks in the afternoon to take a swim and go back later in the day when the sun goes down and all inside attractions are air conditioned so I don't find it that bad at all.

We are booked at the WL, July 18 - 23. This will be our second trip. My husband, six year old G Daughter and me. So far I have reserved breakfast with Lilo and Stitch, Cinderella at the Castle, Akerershus with the Princesses, dinner at Ohana and Whispering Canyon. I have an appointment for Riley at Bibbity Bobbity Boutique just before our breakfast with Cinderella and planning to book her a "My first Facial and Massage" at the Lodge. We are also hoping to get the "Magic Family Tour" booked. I'm so excited, can't hardly think of nothing else.

need to get flight back and tickets-my teens need to make sure if I get park tickets-I don't want to hear them ***** about the heat- if they want to lay by the pool all day fine-----just don't want to lay out money on tickets and have to pay for them not to expire.

A few ADRs at T-Rex, Rose & Crown
We found that the less we plan our days out and the less ADR's we have to worry about, the more enjoyable our vacation is. Our first trip we were commandos, but learned quickly that with the heat and mass of people; we had better just go with the flow.
Do want to hit Blizzard Beach at some point.
No rental car, taking advantage of Disney transportation

Just love that Disney commercial with the kids --"We're too excited to sleep" - me too and I still have a month to go!!:dance3:

Got the flights...
Printed the itinerary...
Got the car...
Printed the confirmation...
Got the DW tickets...
Found the confirmation letter...
Got the condo...
Printed the confirmation and instructions...
Got the GPS...
Got the converter...
Got the ESTA/toll thingy sorted...
Charged the GPS...
Printed a list of places to see/go in Orlando...
Printed calendar events at the parks...

Have yet to... remember to pack my divers lisence, pack the passports, charge the camera battery, upload existing pics to pc, find the other adapter, buy a new memory card for camera, find all addresses of people expecting postcards, find all mp3 players needed to sooth us all on 18 hr trip to Orlando, charge mp3 players, load music etc onto mp3 players, update map on GPS (have no idea how to do this....!!!), find travel insurance card, find addresses to DW parks to input into GPS, find out where to take our online booking nr for DW tickets and get "real" ones... and need to purchase Kennedy Space Center tickets.
And I need to remember to check how much road toll is and make sure I have COINS (don't think Norwegian Kroner will do...) when driving from airport to condo, jetlagged and confused...

already found address of nearest IHOP so we can get breakfast the first morning...

I'm at the point where everyone is going "are you going there all by yourself with the kids?!?! You're not visiting anyone?? Wow, you're BRAVE!!"....... and I'm thinking to myself.... "yeaaaah........ well, I have no idea what I'm doing, but I'm sure we'll have fun!!" :rolleyes1

And then reading how much stuff everyone has planned for each day at the parks... yikes! I've planned NOTHING! Tho I seriously doubt my 13 yr old son would appreciate breakfast with cinderella.... I did print the calendars for the different parks for all the days we'll be there so we can go to the shows etc... But I sure was happy to read someone's post of "the less we plan the better"... :flower3:

Is there a specific place at each park one should be at to watch the firework shows??

Have a great time everyone!!!
