Checking in and finally getting over a months worth of bronchitis. Also got wonderful news about my tumor actually starting to shrink. Still tired, naseaus, tired and exhausted but getting there. Hope everyone else is feeling better too.

I don't know if you are "ill" if you can report in but I was hospitalized with a heart condition late last month and I am currently being treated for a bleeding ulcer. WOW, I thought ulcers were just a little thing, major agony.

I also have a serious neurological condition so that has been aggrevated by my other issues, I'm basically a mess...

Bleh! I've been sick now for 2 wks, coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath,chest pain. Went to the little tiny ER in Pigeon Forge, TN last week (we were on vacation) Bronchitis. Great...Went back to my doctor today. It's not pneumonia...it's pleurisy AND bronchitis. I'm highly allergic to ibuprophen, so the only other thing is to take high dose steroids for a week and hope I get better. So I'm waiting for the prednisone to kick in. I've missed two days of work already because I can't sit & talk for 8hrs(that's my job).

*wheeze wheeze, cough cough*

arrrgghh...I was hoping we would have an off year for illness since last year wasn't the best. One DS has asthma which is constantly flaring from a never ending sinus infection. He also has a leg problem(limp) that we are going to see an orthopedist about. We are having a dry dry winter (even having fires) with record high temps and winds so no help from the weather for the allergies. My other DS is croupy right now for the second time. I'm about over a sinus infection but now have discovered through some gi test that I need my gall bladder out plus I have a hitial hernia that is causing reflux. I could have surgery for that too but I'll do one at a time. Anyone had either of these surgeries? Lots of whining for me. DH is good..there's the bright spot!
