I think there are advantages/disadvantages for both sexes and someone once told me that women live longer because we talk more and get all our frustrations out of our system compared to most men who feel they have to keep things bottled up inside of them...

They make me handle all of the employee discipline because none of them is able to stand up to a wayward employee and correct them. They claim it is because I am better with conflict than they are but really I think they are all just scared to upset anybody. They just hold it in and then complain about the problems once they're back in the closed office. At least until I tell em to quit moaning and go do something about it

Well, I can guarantee he will be nice because he was raised that way, but yes, I always worry about him dating friends, and friends of friends and all of that stuff. Sometimes it makes it tough that the majority of my friends are 28-40 and so the attraction can happen with my friends daughters or sisters etc ... I always say tho that whatever he does is on HIM and not me and what I do is on ME not HIM...
and I have 3 hours left and bags are finally packed, Maries nails have been painted so she is now happy, her DS and DVD are ready to go, and snacks are packed. I have to get dinner ready now and just wait for Genesis and let him put everything in the car for me and then we can go.... I am happy.............
