When did applications go up i'm kind of expecting them to go up the around the 20th like the college program applications do but i don't know. So if any previous fall career starter could answer this that would be awesome

when I applied for fall 2010 I think they went up in Feb. I'm pretty sure though will not go up the same time as college program.
