We are buying 4,10 day MYW for our upcoming trip hoping that we'll have some days left for another time. My question is, are the passes interchangeable between family members or can each pass be used only by one person? Has anyone tried this? I'd appreciate any information on this.

The pass can only be used by one person. They now do biometric scans to make sure that it is really your ticket.

No the ticket can only be used the original person to use it.

If you are hoping to save some days for a future trip, be sure to purchase the "No Expiration" add on. Otherwise the MYW passes expire 14 days from the first day you use them

There is a rumor that the biometric statistics are grouped so that if your family mixes up the tickets they'll still go through. I guess if you have a family of 4 and 2 of the guests go back they MIGHT get away with also using the tickets of the 2 family members that stayed home YMV.

You won't be able to use the tickets for family members that didn't initially use the tickets.

Only when the tickets are all purchased at the same time. Tickets purchased separately cannot be tagged together as part of a group.
