Guess something broke in the wave pool. They cleared guests out of the pool and had it closed from around 5pm. One CM said a filter broke, another said a water main broke. Whatever the problem, the water became brownish and looked clumpy on the shore. Another CM on our way out was saying that Disney is trying to decide whether or not to open tomorrow. If you're planning on going to a water park, you may want to call before you go to see what's open. Also, today both TL and BB reached capacity by noon.

Ouch. It looks like the wavepool will be closed then probably for a week or two, considering those filters are probably hard to find and costworthy (although I can't speak for Disney and don't know, this is just a guess). If I were them, I'd have it open but reduce the price for admission. It's the very main attraction but it isn't like the whole park is dead.

Thanks for the info!

I bet Disney has extra filters - most good maintenance departments have extra of most of the hard to find parts. I would guess if its just a filter (not sure that's what it is of course), it could be up by tomorrow or the next day at the lastest. A broken water main on the other hand could take a bit longer. Digging up lines, replacing the main, putting things back the way they were - etc.
