TL to AK?

Is possible to get to AK from TL? I am planning on being at TL from 10:00-4:00 then at AK by 6:00. Is this reasonable thinking? With the idea that ROL will be up and running by then that is. It will be in October, so I am assuming AK will be open until 10:00-11:00? I'm going to drive myself crazy trying to plan for something that doesn't even exist yet.

From Typhoon Lagoon take the first resort bus not heading in the direction of Magic Kingdom (e.g. you don't want to go to Polynesian, also preferably not Saratoga). At the resort transfer to an Animal Kingdom bus.

There may still be some hours when all buses out of TL go to Epcot. You can catch an AK bus there too.
