I am staying at BC late August and will do WS Epcot on my arrival day/night. So I would like to combine FW Epcot and Typhoon Lagoon on another day. Part of my rationale for this is that bus service to/from TL after 2pm is only dropping at Epcot anyways.

I'm just wondering if it would be smarter to do TL in the morning (less crowds) and FW after 2pm with Fast Pass reservations

OR to start at Epcot (less crowds) and then do TL (after 2pm) but enjoy the slides until closing (when it's hottest) then upon return to Epcot I can come back in for Illuminations/dinner at WS. Thoughts?

If TL is only going to be open until 6PM, I don't know how much sense it would make to try to get there after 2. That's if you're taking Disney transportation (which is sounds like?). Keep in mind the tiering of fastpasses at Epcot. That makes it harder to skip rope drop there, but if you are spending 2 days, it might not matter as much.

Our water park pass was a "free" bonus in our trip, so we're not really worried about getting our money's worth so to speak. Just looking to experience the most we can in the 4.5 days we have at Disney. And yes,we would be taking Disney buses.

If you want to do TT and Soarin with little waiting, it's best to do them in the morning.

Personally, I will never do a water park plus something after without stopping at my resort in between ever again. We went to BB and then planned on Cape May Cafe for dinner before going back to BWI. I had "showered" at BB, but then had to carry all of our wet stuff with us. I felt gross and weighed down.

I personally would either go to TL in the morning, take a cab back directly to BC (or get a bus back to the resort before 2 pm), shower, then head to EP or go to EP in the AM, take the bus to TL in the afternoon, then take a cab back to BC and walk into WS for Illuminations in the evening.

The water parks are one of the only times I recommend taxi or Uber. The water park buses in the AM take forever and on the way home uncomfortable. Last time I took a taxi from the BC to TL is was around $15 bucks for the four of us. If you calculate your vacation cost/ hour WAY more than $15

Many years ago they went through DTD and our bus took forever picking us up and then parked and waited at DTD to move onto the WP's. It was so long that my DH came back to the GF changed and drove over in the rental and beat us there.

Another time about 5 years ago the bus from the Dolphin didn't show up for an hour for my sister. My DH left TL drove over picked them up and took them to the park.
