arrgggh! I am sooooo frustrated right now! I have home delivery service for my water cooler. That entails the water cooler rental and the deliverty of 5 gallon bottles about once a month. My original service was bought out by another company, and the bills are so confusing. When I receive a bill, I pay the amount called "total". Shouldn't that make sense?
But no....total means something else entirely apparently. Total versus current versus balance. I thought I was paying what I owed. Turns out I was paying just a bit of it...and now I have this monster bill since JULY 4th! Eight months later and NOW they tell me? Now that I owe them over $250! I never had this problem before...I paid what they told me to. Not this sneaky tax + total + current + what they heck?!
grr....well, they're going to send me out an itemized bill so I can get to the bottom of this.
