I'll stay here and chat with you here. I still have to take care of the farm in a bit but I already fed my fishies.

I'm in no hurry about the tickets. Since this is actually a local trip for us, I don't have to do much planning like Pikester does.

If you don't work the farm every day, will you loose it?

I've been trying to figure out exactly what it is that I need to pre-plan.

M&N is looking into tickets for Hershey.

There's the Ghost Tour but I'm not sure what's going on with how to get tickets for that.

The hotel is booked.

I've looked into the bus tour for Gettysburg which M&N told me I need to get there early for if we want the upper deck of the double decker bus.

We might do the caves but haven't decided yet.

Not sure what else we will do in Gettysburg.

I should probably check out restaurants in the area. I know that we'll want to eat out atleast once for breakfast. The rest of time will be something in the room. That leaves lunch and dinner which a couple of those will be at Hershey Park since we will be there for 2 days.

What else?

Oops, forgot to put the cookout on the list.

I think I was looking at the Carlisle St tour but I suppose it doesn't matter as long as it's one that is away from a busy street.


Totally forgot to mention that while DS12 was home ill the other day we watched Airplane. Told DH and he mentioned that Peter Graves, Captain Oveur, had passed away at the age of 83.

Carlisle Street looks even better. On the 23rd, that one is at 9pm which would be better with the picnic that night, I think.

I'll work on a list of food this weekend and send out emails early next week. Then everyone can edit/add what they want and we'll go from there.

Good memories there, Pikester. I'll have to rent that one for the kids. They love corny humor movies.

I've seen Airplane so many times, on TV! No ****ies jiggling across the screen then. Big, big shock the first time I watched it with the kids.

Is there a list of dates when every one is coming? I think we need to post that on fb...where we have the Hershey trip thread. I don't want to loose anyone! I thought the picnic was 24th but 23rd would be better if everyone can be there...people will be leaving 25th so sounds dumb to have picnic right before most everyone leaves.
