I didn't watch Marley and Me. I just don't like Jennifer Aniston. But the Netflix reviews mentioned it was on par with Old Yeller and Marley...so I imagine you would like it and have the same reaction. Seriously a tissue box movie. its simple, but really, its just about love and devotion.

Jingle and I are tip-toeing around each other...but we'll be friends shortly. I'm not sure who has a shorter memory span, me or her.

I'll hug all my babies tonight. They really do enrich our lives in so many ways.

Marley and Me was so sad. All I kept thinking about at the vet today was that movie.
As the vet was administering the IV DH held her paw and I had my hand on her side. I could feel her heart racing and then slowly all her pain just melted away. It was beautiful and sad all at the same time.

Had to buy some peeps so I could at some while reading the peep watch thread.
We've been making reservations for camping. Having problems as a lot insist a min of 2 nights for a reservation. We are definitely going to have to stay in motels the last couple of nights. I'm sure there won't be an open campground during the 4th of July weekend.

Good morning ladies! There is a great storm outside right now and is supposed to continue all day. Its raining lightly, but the winds are gusting and its all romantic and gothic outside. Too bad I have to go out to the pharmacy later in it. Just have to strap on the galoshes and brave it. Added bonus: free car wash!

I'm not a Peep fan either. And I'm a traditionalist...Peeps should be yellow! The green and purple ones are just freaky looking. Pink is a maybe color (loyalty, you know). But overall they pale in comparison to the glory of the Cadbury mini-eggs. Those are fantastic!

So I sent back Hachi to Netflix. I considered claiming "lost disc" and enjoying it further, but I felt guilty of keeping someone else from enjoying the movie. I want everyone to watch it and love their pets even more.

I love my cat even when Fatty has a nasty hairball at 5am and wakes me up. At that time, though, I considered more drastic measures, but I just patted his back hoping he would rid himself of it. False alarm. Yeah. Woken for no reason. Why he chooses to share that moment with me, I'll never know...

Shamrock shakes are back at McD's! I know, I know, they are terrible....but they only happen once a year and since they no longer do the egg nog shakes in December, this truly is an annual event. It could possibly be my favorite part of St. Patrick's day...

Hope everyone else has plans for a great Saturday! I started ridding the kitchen of pots and pans and my new set look so nice! Now I have to finish washing the old ones before I get rid of them..

Are Cadbury eggs the ones where their center actually looks like a real egg?

Not much going on around here. Just cleaning because the kids made a mess out of everything in one day. DH is at work but I secretly think he volunteered to go it so he wouldn't have to deal with the messy house today.

It's a very windy day here today but no rain; that is suppose to come sometime tonight.

I LOVE Cadbury Eggs! They have to be the regular sized ones though. Love the commercial for them too! Bruck-Meow! Bruck-Meow!(Check it out here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oamnDsxFLyg&NR=1 ) I also like the Reese's Peanutbutter eggs. So yummy!

There are two Cadbury eggs...the ones you're thinking of are just the eggs. I like the mini-eggs, which are just chocolae with a candy shell in pastel colors. The big eggs are nearly impossible to finish. They're just too sweet.

Oooh....I like the peanut butter eggs too. I remember when I was little I used to get these coconut eggs around Easter, but I haven't seen them in years.

Trying to convince myself to get to the pharmacy and pick up a prescription. Just can't seem to do it...

I wouldn't turn down the big egg, Pike, don't get me wrong. It takes about a day and a lot of water for me to finish it though! And I can't eat one while driving, where most of the cadbury mini-egg ingestion takes place...

YUCK! You can both have those eggs. Now I could eat a whole box of coconut eggs. And I will eat a whole box of marshmallow eggs during Easter. It's the only time of year I go a little crazy on the candy.
