M&N and JOCA I gave Walter the hello and kisses and he gave some huge smiles!!! :goodvibes:goodvibes

Walter is laying on the floor right now attempting the "roll over"! :thumbsup2

See, he wants to come and hug us!

Once Walter perfects the rollover he may be rolling all over the place.:rotfl:(Just like this).
Everyone out here seems to be getting lots of rain or snow except us..just high winds and someone spitting on us. :rolleyes1

M&N Of course Walter wants everyone to come hug him!!!

DL I'm sure you are right. It'll be nerve racking but good! After 10 years together and lots of collectibles we have tons and tons of baby proofing to do.

Knowing Hammond, either his book or the FOX racing merchandise. What else does he have? :lmao:
More than these big name racing shows, I prefer to go to the lesser known racetracks that the drivers show up to to pass the time. We used to go to some dirt track races to meet the drivers. DH got to meet Schrader and I met Kenseth. Kenny was really nice and talked to DH about our daughter. Kenseth...well, not so sociable. Surprise from Mr. Robot. :lmao:
That's cuz you're not a WI native. Treats us much better. ::yes::

My phone does have internet capability, but I just got my eyesight back a few years ago and I'm not going to go blind staring at a tiny screen. So netbook was my best option considering that I do a fair amount of travelling and I wanted something portable.
!
Like a baby computer. :cutie:
I didn't know you lost your eyesight:eek: How scary. What happened?

Good gravy...someone open a window around here.

As another TKer would say---Anyone but Jimmie, and Little Shrub! (I added the last part but feel she would agree)
I think I read that Carl Edwards was the favorite for the Nationwide series because Kyle wasn't running a full schedule this year.
Anyone but Jimmie....;)
Shhhh....I do like Carl Edwards. May be my favorite along with my DS11. My DH, FIL and BIL are all big Kenseth fans so I just kinda go along with it.

Cool...thanks. I'd love to give it a try.

I did fantasy racing on yahoo last year. I found sometimes I just wanted to pick who I liked as opposed to who I knew would do good.

And just for the record, and you may never hear me say this again, I don't think Jr is a bad driver. I think he just lost his "center" when his dad died. And I think he would be a much better driver if Sr were still here.
Just thought it needed repeated! I totally agree.
I'll have to pm you my opinion about Kyle...I would not like it spread around that I think he's a good driver! ;)

OMG.....:scared1: next you'll tell me that dogs will be mating with cats.

Hey Kitty -- this may be old news to you but I met a friend at the mall for lunch today and we stopped at build a bear and they have a hello kitty you can make along with some accessories.

Afternoon ladies! Its Friday already? Where did the week go?

First off, congrats to Baby Walter for trying to roll over...I can't believe how fast he's growing! Ack!

Aahh...the return of the late night racing trash talk. I love it.

The netbook is working great, although I can understand the hesitancy to get one. Its practically the same price as a regular laptop! I've been enjoying it though, especially when I'm on the couch. The problem at the moment is that I have a 6-cell battery, which basically adds bulk (but longer battery life) to the back end so I can't use a regular cover for it. I want to get one, to protect it while its in my bag (goodness knows all sorts of stuff are in there!) I'll keep looking.

D&D...what I meant is that I have been wearing glasses since I was 12 years old....and my sight kept getting worse and worse. I was scared of LASIK, but I decided one day to get it and two weeks later I was glasses free! It really has made a difference for me, I was terrible with contacts and I get so hot that my glasses were foggy most of the time! So I really appreciate not having to wear glasses--although I know as I age, I'll probably have to wear them again. But for the moment, I'd like to remain glasses-free (unless its sunglasses) for as long as possible.

Was going through some old pictures with friends and everyone agreed that when I had my glasses, I looked like Ugly Betty! Its funny now, but I was the typical nerd!

Thanks LITC! Glad to hear you're getting out and enjoying time with friends...

I do know about Hello Kitty, but they have some new anniversary stuff out right now...Hello Kitty is turning 35 this year! And I have a $5 coupon off, so you know I'll be going!

The BF thinks I have an unhealthy love of Hello Kitty. But I just tell him that everything is better in pink and that at least he knows what I like so shopping for presents is easy.

LITC...how is that darling boy of yours? You better get baby-proofing! Those little fingers will be getting into all sorts of stuff pretty soon.

Hi Kitty, you just tell BF that it brings you joy and it could be worse!!

Walter is doing great!! My friend (and another girl, more an acquaitance) both kept commenting how well behaved he is

I'm so blessed with him!

Ah, Walter is charming the ladies already!

Don't the olympics start soon???

I know what you mean about glasses. I have been wearing them (and contacts) since 6th grade. I am still deathly afraid of LASIK so I guess I keep on cleaning my contacts.

LITC - Once they roll over its only a matter of time

How is you Dad doing?

Ah yes, the Olympics start in a few weeks! I already have my Team USA shirt out! The return of curling...I'm serious! Its a great game and last time Team Canada was H-O-T!

D&D....LASIK is scary, don't let anyone tell you different. The scariest part is the lid retractor, its practically barbaric! But the procedure itself took less that 10 minutes, and for me, it was completely worth it.

I did watch some of Jersey Shore, and boy does watching MTV make me feel old. But being a NYer, it was such a guilty pleasure!

Sorry, LITC, I don't watch the bachelor. I don't usually watch Survivor either, but this season is Heroes vs. Villians and Colby is back, and I luuuv me some Colby!

I think my problem with the bachelor is that I'm still single and watching all the antics to try to find love just offends me. That being said, if I had their rocking bodies, I'd probably be running around in a bikini 24/7 also....if these girls can't find love with their crazy bodies and beauty, what chance does the rest of us have?

Hi D&D thanks he is hanging in right now. No new news to report right now. Should knoe some test results soon, but dont have them just yet.

Kitty I kind of felt like that at first to, but these woman aer pathetically insecure and usually fairly dumb. The way I look at it is like watching a freak show at the circus!!! :lmao:

And yes D&D he is pretty smokin'

See...there's your problem. Can't watch it for the girls. Gotta just watch the GUY!!! :cloud9:
