Good morning!

Where do you camp Lighttech? Will you go to both races? When I went we left Lancaster at 5 and ate a Smyrna Diner and then crept to Dover in the traffic! I think I enjoyed walking around outside the gates and watching people and looking at the trailers more than the race itself! Of course Jr never did good when I was there!

I don't actually do the races. I'm not that into it, and the kiddos are too little. My ILs always have a spot at a horse farm that rents out their fields. So, we camp w/ them for a night or 2 and spend Saturday wandering around the little set ups in the various parking lots and the trailer areas outside the track. Sunday, the boys and I come home while Sean stays w/ his family for the race.

I enjoy the walking around and the people watching. The camping I could take or leave. I spend so much time trying to make sure the boys don't roll around in the left over horse piles that its kind of stressful... If we were at a real campsite, I think I'd enjoy it a lot more.

severe thunderstorm headed this way...I'm going to play par 3 golf???? Maybe not! It sure got hoter than I thought. It's cooler in the house even though the ac hasn't come on.

Thundering while I waited for my friend so we just went out to eat! Try golf next week!

If I don't make it to FB, I tried this am but could not post again there! I also cannot get on the web site I need to fill out my bank info to get paid! I waited 5 min but it would not load!

M&N: We had a thunderstorm here today. I was getting my teeth cleaned at the dentist and could hear thunder as I was sitting back in the chair.

Wanted to share...DH wants me to look into going to Universal in Feb/March 2011. He wants to work up a budget to see if it's doable. I guess I better get on the horn and call to find out room rates for that time period.

Had to turn off the tv---bad lightning. Electricity blinked 2 times. I could see it out front and then it moved out back! I put a candle on! I don't think we got much rain...have to check the guage tomorrow.

Had a good storm go through here too. Lost satellite signal for a while. It did rain really good here for a while.

Just messing around...have my picks in...going to check to see id mini golf place is open during the week now. It may be too hot tomorrow for the old ladies anyway! Maybe just outlets after eating at Bird-in-Hand!

What did you watch tonight? Hell's Kitchen started again and Survivor was on tonight too. We taped them both and flipped back and forth too. Need to watch them both tomorrow and see what we missed.

I started the thread on fb but went right away to comment on it and was cut off.

Rats---you didn't tell me HK started again. That's something mom would not tell me about! I did check the tv guide part but guess I didn't look carefully enough.

I did flip to Phillies some but watched Survivor starting about 8:15---the storm made the tv go off 2 times so I cut it off until it was over. Bright, low lightning.

I'm heading to bed. I need to get up even earlier tomorrow to give the girls a shower. Couldn't do it tonight because of the lightning that lasted for over 2 hours.

Good morning...I missed the local news this am...it goes off at 7. IMy rain gauge was wet and had several drops in it! The ground is damp looking where the sun hasn't hit it yet. It's supposed to get hot today. I'm ready for the 75 temps!

I'm going to one of my favorite places to eat and then mini golf with mom and friend's mom. Need to get those old ladies out...hopefully I'll have someone to get me out in 20 yrs!!!

It was too hot and humid to golf so we went shopping...got capris for 70% off! A Kitty bargain! They are longer ones too so I can wear them more in the fall!
