Tix question...options?

We are a family of 5 , three boys 14,13,11 and DW and myself. We just booked a 3 nights/4 day trip staying at RPR Club Level. We arrive on Monday July 31 @ MCO approx 11:00am. We would like to tour US/IOA/Sea World/WetnWild while we are there. Is this doable? I am completely confused as to our 'best' ticket option. We went a few years ago for 3 days and bought the Power Pass, but didn't get a chance to go again. I 'think' we should get the 4 park 14 day pass? But if there are discounts for Sea World and WetnWild, I think it might be less expensive to get the 2 park 3 day and individual tix for the others?

Also, it seems I would be better suited to purchase 'something' in advance as opposed to buying them at the RPR when we check in.

If you really want to do ALL 4 then I think you should get the 4 park-14 day tics. However, if you think that instead of wet-n-wild, you could do a half day pool hopping at the hotels, (you could get the internet 99$ 5 day tics and then get sea world ind tics.) Since you are staying on site, you can get it in, but you may want to take it a little slower, its so nice to be able to do that when youre staying onsite. (I dont know of any seaworld discounts, but you might check the sea world board here)

(Most of the posts I have read ppl havent been that impressed with wet n wild)

Thanks Linda! I think you might be right. Maybe we can just soak at the RPR and enjoy the hotel. It might save the possible dissapointment at wet n' wild as well. I would love that idea and it would save a few $$. We got a nice AAA rate for the Club Room at RPR and I would like to meander over to Hard Rock as well. It doesn't seem like the ticket packages are 'that' great of a value for all 4 parks.

BTW- Congrats on the weight loss! I am just home from the Gym myself and started an online Weight Watchers program a few weeks ago. So far, so good!

Disney/Universal Vacations are the BEST motivators!

I agree with Linda. I don't think you'll be able to take full advantage of your resort, if you try to fit all that in. We're not the best people to ask though. The last couple times we stayed onsite, we stayed 4 nights each. Both times we left wishing we had more time to relax & enjoy the resort. This time we booked 5 nights at HRH. We think nothing compares to the UO onsite experience. Well cruising, but that's a different kind of vacation. Have a great trip!!!

This is not possible in a few days. We were in orlando for 9 days last AUgust and had the 4-park flex ticket. Se saw and did it all, including a day at Epcot. 4 nights was on-site at RPR and it still wasn't enough to really enjoy it. We are going back in June for 5 nights to just to US/IOA.

I think you are right. It is just too much to cram in during such a short trip. My guess is we will skip wet 'n wild and spend the 4 days in the three parks (US/IOA/SW). We will get pool time in the evenings or maybe a midday break.

Thanks OhioTony. I just booked them online. I printed out the order conf.#, but nowhere does it say "buy 4 get one free" on the receipt. I guess I will find out or get a voucher, when we get down there on July 31st.

Is it possible to redeem the tickets when we check in? I guess it's not a big deal to go to a kiosk when we get to the park, but it would be a bit easier to have it already done at RPR.

Glad to help! It's what is so GREAT about the DIS. I believe the Kiosk for ticket redemption is just outside parks entrances, and you can go to city walk anytime (hopefully wherever you are staying has a free shuttle)..We plan on retrieving the tickets the night before and dinning at Citywalk so we have that part out of the way. Have fun!
