Tix and DVC AP discount

I’ve been looking to get the discounted AP, and if possible maybe get an additional discount

If I buy a 7 days tix from UT for the price of 6 at $470 and then bridged the tix to an AP shouldn’t the price be $595(AP price) - $516 (price for 7 days hopper) = $79 instead of 595 - 470 = $125.?

An additional saving of $46

I've heard yes but never tried it
However from what I've read you must make sure they are upgrading the ticket to an AP voucher not an actual AP as usually that is what they are selling onsite at the ticket windows/guest relations.

Guess your right it must be a voucher and not to the actual AP.

Can you call guest relations and ask or do you need to show up in person?

I just went to GR and according to them they could bridge a ticket to an AP but the AP would be active immediately.

They could not bridge to a voucher for later use. :-(
