TIW

We purchased resale 5 years ago and have had a TiW every since.
Has saved us a LOT of money.

I wrote them recently and they said they were currently closed.

TIW is currently dead. We lost a good 6 months on our active TIW.

I bought mine in January 2020, got all my visits canceled and hopefully we’ll get back January 2021.....they are suppose to extend the date by the time closed, so at least 4 months. But I wouldve Gotten 5 trips out of my card. Now I will have gone 12 months of non-usage, and only get to use the extended months.

We just bought ours in Feb. :( I called to get a refund on our AP and asked about my TiW. She said that they aren't staffing right now, but she took my information and said that she would pass it along and I would be able to get a pro-rated refund for the time the parks are closed.

pretty much what I was told, though we all know time will be added. It just depends how much time since they are opening but not all restaurants are opening. I asked for a partial refund, but they said no decision has been made and they were not open for business. i Sent them an email so they have my info.

That's what I was told also. I sent an email asking for a partial refund.

pretty much the same. We bought in January 2020, got 3 trips canceled, and if all goes well, we’ll be back in January 2021. I don’t think we will even save the $150 cost of the pass since both January trips were only a party of 2. The trips canceled were for bigger groups of family. I’d rather take the $40 and apply to a new pass. Plus, since not all restaurants will be open right away, the value is less than before.

Replying to follow this thread, as I had a TIW card that expires 8/31/2020, and I am likewise curious as to what they are going to do with it. I'd rather cancel and get a refund, personally, and I didn't think to ask when I called for the refund on my Premier AP.
