Can a TiW card only be purchased while at WDW? My AP is going to expire before I get back down there and I'd love to buy it from home...possible?

That's from the TIW section on the AP dining discount page.

Usually it's not recommended to order it ahead of time, because you lose time off its use (it's active from the moment they print it), but in your case it seems like it would be worth it.

TIW is only available in WDW at guest relations with a valid AP or Florida residents AP.

Actually I think you can still order them ahead of time.

It's not recommended though, because the membership starts when it is purchased. But for those who have an AP now but will not have one later, it may be the only way.

Thanks for the link! There is a phone number to call to order it. That's great because I really don't want the dining plan next year it's sooo over priced now. But if TiW is only good for TiW cardholder + 9 guests we'll need two. If my husband and I each have a TiW card can they be combined at one table? We will have a group of 11 next year. Will restaurants split the check?

No. They are both under the same account number, so you cannot use both at the same restaurant at the same time.

What you would need to do for a group larger than ten is to take the ten most expensive meals on TiW and the others (especially if any children's meals) on a separate check.

Oh ok thanks. So if we pay cash for our toddler's meal...the rest of us can use the TiW card? They would be willing to make a separate check for her?
