Just found this out and hadn't heard it before...
If you start a split stay @ Vero (assuming this would work with HHI too but I don't know for sure) and don't have an active AP (yet) but you will get one during the same stay, you can buy the TIW card after the fact when you get the AP @ WDW and have guest relations fax your receipts to Nichole @ TIW and she will credit your CC back the $ for any qualifying meals during the Vero part of your stay.
