TIW Question... I purchased a TIW card while having an AP. My AP has expired, but my TIW card has not. Can I still use the TIW card without having an active AP? I will not be buying another round of AP's. 
I can't remember if they look at the AP at the end of the meal. Heading back next month and have to decide on dining plan or not. Thanks.
