Can I pick up our tickets and apply the discount from any place other than the window at Pioneer Hall?

Pretty sure all tickets are picked up at Pioneer Hall. You just show up about 30 minutes before your seating time to pick them up. They will apply the TIW discount if applicable (I think only the 8:30 show is eligible for the discount).
