Does the 20% TiW disocunt apply to character meals like CRT and Chef Mickey's?

Yes. Because CRT is prepaid there may be some way to use it that I don't know about, because I have not been to CRT since before it was a prepaid meal and have never tried to use TIW there.

Yes. However, at CRT it is applied only on the food portion and not on the cost of the photo package.
