TIW discount for show reservation?

I will be purchasing an annual pass and TIW card on arrival for my upcoming January 2010 trip. My question is this: is it possible to reserve the Hoop Dee Doo Revue (or other dining show) with the TIW discount even though I don't have the card yet? I know you have to prepay for the dinner shows so I'm not sure how this would work. I'm hoping it would be possible.

I don't believe the TIW is a factor here. You get the discount when you present it at dinner, not over the phone.

Well I figured things out...if you have a TIW card you can give them the number and they will apply the discount when you book (since pre-payment is required for dinner shows). So I wouldn't be able to do that since I am purchasing my AP and TIW card on arrival. They did offer a 10% DVC discount for the 9:30p show -- not sure if this is all the time or not -- so I guess I could get something. I wish they would just take your credit card details as a guarantee instead of charging the card immediately.
