Anyone know if I can get my TIW card at concierge or must it be a park guest relations?

We got ours on our arrival day at the DTD location, it was super easy.

Us to. Just go to any of those locations ,DTD or Theme Park guest relations, show them your DVC card or AP card and you're in.
