Are there any restaurants at Disney HHI resort that accept the TIW card??

no,

There are some discounts given at area restuarants with the member card. You can get a list from the front desk.

The only restaurant at HHI DVC is a quick service.

Also check the coupon books you can find at the area groceries. There will be some rack with area info magazines in them, I know they have them at Piggly Wiggly.

You are also given alot of info about the area when you check in and many of the restaurants have coupons and specials you can use.
