Can you add names to the title for an add-on contract? I have an OKW contract with me and my wife on the title. My brother and I are talking about buying an AKV contract together. Can we title it me, my wife, and my brother? Thanks.

I believe to do that, you will have to have another master contract. In other words, it must be a minimum of 160 points.

You will have to do one of 3 things. Either change your existing contract prior to buying, buy a new master contract or buy the add on in the same names and then change it later. Remember if you change the title so part of the points are different in ANY way, that will become a separate contract and will be treated like different owners in most situations. You'll lose the ability to easily combine points for a single night and the combined banking windows.

Diane is right. Add-on contracts - sort of by definition - have to be titled in exactly the same way as the master contract. You can do a separate master contract with any titling you want, but an add-on will be registered precisely the same way, and will also have the same use year as the master contract.
