Title Transfer using a remote notary?

I'm using my stuck at home time to finally add my name to the DVC contract that was previously only in my wife's name. I have the request to transfer in to DVC and have a new deed written up. However, I need to have the new deed signed and notarized. That's a bit of a challenge. Doing a bit of cursory research I saw that both Texas (where I am) and Florida allow remote notaries. Has anybody tried this? Does the Orange Country Controller accept these? I may try emailing them to see, but thought I would try here first.

Since Orange County is in Florida, and Florida allows remote notaries, doesn't it follow that Orange County would allow this?

I would assume so. Just curious if anyone had ever used one. I still have to find a remote notary, there aren't many that advertise themselves as such.
