Tips to speed up VMK

Here are some suggestions to the slightly more experienced computer user to help improve the performance of VMK on your computer.

1) Adjust your firewall properties to make the following sites trusted:

download(dot)virtualmagickingdom(dot)com
vmk(dot)disney(dot)go(dot)com

sorry about the "(dot)'s", DIS won't let me just put the URLs, they are supposed to be periods

These are the 2 primary zones that VMK is in contact with and making them trusted will greatly speed up your game.

If you have no idea what I'm talking about then don't bother.

Not bothering lol. (Gosh, if only I knew what "Firewall" means or is lol) Computer terms make me feel stupid as I can't understand them lol. Ah well. LOL I understand what you are saying, just not what you are "Saying" LOL

Ok I clicked on tools, internet options, security. I added those two sites, to my "trusted sites".

And I still can not get in! Any other ideas? Should I go and delete the whole VMK file and try starting from scratch?
