Tips to driving in Florida

Hi there all,

We only have 7 weeks to go until our vacation, and this is only the 2nd time I have been to Florida and this time me and my DW will be driving. She has been to America loads of times before and she has driven before.

Im a confident driver over here but i could do with a crash course of their version of the high way code so that i dont look so much of a fool when i drive. Any tips or websites would be help full.

Get the Brits Guide, ther's an excellent section on driving, do's and don'ts etc. But do not worry it's so much easier than driving over here, It tends to be more strange when you start back driving in this country!

the biggest mistake that i see brits make when driving in the states, is looking the wrong way as they're about to pull out onto a road...
i see so many near misses in orlando, i have to assume they're all brits doing that (why else would someone look to the right instead of the left as they pull out of driveway????)..
just be careful about that and you'll be ok..
