Tips on the Polynesian

We have been to Disney the last four years and always stay at the Contemporary. This year we wanted to try something new. I would love and tips or thoughts on the Polynesian. We will be traveling with a 8 and 6 year old.Which longhouse is the best to stay in? We have a garden room booked any chance we will get a view of the castle or fireworks.

The Poly is much nicer..... to me at least I have satyed at both
the difference I pay for the Poly the Cont. is for meetings and is free
see the link above it has a lot of info and pictures
as to what longhouse---look at the map and decide what you wnat to be closest to
to me I do not mind the walk form anyone of them to anything
don't forget the coffee the only place you can this in Disney
and the Tonga toast is ok too!!

Only one longhouse has garden view rooms that have any chance of seeing the castle and that is Tokelau. I have heard if you have the last room on the corner in Samoa on the 3rd floor and lean waaaayyy out you can see part of it but the rooms on the north west side of Tokelau have great views of the castle off to the side but it is only about a quarter of the building that has these rooms.
