Tips on Taxes - New plan Questions

With the new plan I noticed that it says on parties of 6 or more that tip would be added - Does that mean the tip would automatically be figured and that's what you leave or does it mean it's covered under the dining plan?

2. Will taxes be covered under the plan - I think it's about 7% - is that correct?

3. When figuring how much to tip do you tip on food portion only or also on the taxes?

I can't answer the first part but you need only tip on the before taxes portion of your bill.

Most restaurants automatically add tips for large parties, which means the tip is auto added to your bill. In this case, you dine with more than 6 people and Disney will auto add an 18% tip that you are responsible for paying, whereas for me with 3 people, I get to determine my own tip amount. The pdf files specifically state that gratuities are not included.
