We just returned from our trip to DLR Wednesday... and we spent last Saturday at C.A.
We got in line about 5-10 min before the 1st showing of playhouse disney and my wife and kids sat front and center for the show. I stood in the corner and filmed (much of my trip was spent as the unofficial videographer). However, like mom2joce mentioned - there really isn't a bad place to sit and people were walking in seconds before the show began.
At turtle talk with crush we waited about 5 minutes. There were about 40 people in front of us but my kids were still able to sit on the floor up front where they could possibly have a chance to ask crush a question. The adults sat about 5 rows deep and still have great seats. Again, I don't think there are many bad seats in this theater, however I would recommend getting there early enough to allow your kids the ability to sit down front. Also, I don't know the criteria for selecting people to interact with but my daughter held her hand up as high as she could the entire show and was passed up, but a couple of people that didn't even have their hands up were selected.(Which in my opinion made for some bad questions) At least two of the selectees were wearing distinctive hats (ie. bright red, or mickey ears, etc) so if you want to ask crush a question it might help to draw some serious attention to yourself. Don't miss TTwC!
Aladdin was a personal favorite of our whole family. We got in line about 30 minutes prior to show time and there was a good amount of people infront of us. I jumped out of line to get ToT fastpasses and the castmember gave me a "bathroom pass" which said orchestra on it. So we were in the first section still. We did get to sit towards the center, however we sat just infront of the balcony overhang and lucked out. It seemed like the people sitting behind us did not have a line of sight to some of the show which takes place above the stage. If you sit in the orchestra make sure to sit in front of the balcony.
Did not experience the brother bear ceremony. and unfortunately we missed out on muppets 3d but we hope to do that next time!
