We leave for our 4th WDW trip in 12 days. I will be about 32 weeks pregnant. Ive experienced taking our other children of all different ages from teens to infants but this will be my first time going while pregnant. Im looking for any advice or tips from other moms who have gone to wdw while pregnant on things I can do or bring to make the time there as comfortable as possible. thanks!

Drink plenty of water
Take it slow
Sit down when you need to and even if you don't feel like you need to, if there is a place to sit, sit!

32 weeks is the weeks I started swelling! I gained 5 lbs one week from swelling!

It can be done, just take your time and slowwww down!

I went to WDW pregnant 3 times!! My most recent time I was 25 weeks pregnant. We went in August and it was brutally hot. We spent the hot afternoon cooling off at the pool and would mostly go out in the evening when it was cooler. While my husband took the older kids on stuff like BTMRR I'd go and cool off and watch the Hall of Presidents. There is so much you can do at Disney even while pregnant so you really won't feel like you missed out on much. My favorite place to sit an rest was at the living seas in Epcot. I'd go to the second floor and just sit and watch the dolphins! My appetite was insane though!! We did quick service dining and I loved it. We must have eaten at Wolfgang Puck 10 times!! I didn't hit the parks in my usual commando style. We slept in and just went with the flow.

I went to WDW at 30 weeks. Just take your time and rest when needed. Drink plenty of water. I'm not sure when you will be going but if it is hot, try to get out of the heat as much as possible by doing inside attractions. I would bring one of the mister fans and lots of bottled water.

I went at 32 weeks and it was a great trip. Took advantage of the shows to take breaks and also took breaks when there was a ride that I couldn't go on.

I drank a lot of water and went at my own pace.

Just remember to not push yourself because you might be fine the first day or two, but then it could get tough during the end of the trip.

Have a great trip!

Rent a scooter - I resisted, but DH insisted. I am soooo glad I did. You have so much more energy to enjoy the park, and you always have a place to sit.

I would consider renting a scooter from an offsite rental place . All that walking will make your feet and legs swell and you will be miserable unless you are used to being very active during your pregnancy. Stay well hydrated . If you feel thirsty, you are already dehydrated. If it is hot, try taking lots of air conditioned breaks. Instead of eating larger meals, try eating frequent , smaller high protein snacks. Listen to your body.

I went to my best friend's wedding in August (not FL, but still) when I was 6 months pregnant (I was maid of honor). I swelled up so much on the airplane, my ankles looked and felt so terrible. Definitely try to take it easy on yourself and research what rides you can and cannot go on (so neither you nor the other kids are disappointed). If you do swell, don't just elevate your feet (which I did and it didn't help). You should lie on your side, preferrably your right side which allows the most blood flow back to your heart. Definitely take advantage of the pool!

Lots and lots of water!!! And like others have said take it easy. But getting enough water was key for me. And have fun too! I would worry so much that I would forget to have fun. Find nice, indoor cool rides and comfortable shady benches. It gave me a good excuse to just slow down and enjoy the park too. One thing I also do is get a note from my doc saying that I can fly. Just in case they think you are further along at the airport.
