okay members and past renters, what tips would you give a future renter on renting points? Are there feedback forums for member?

I really want to rent points in good faith but am unsure how to go about securing an up-front, experienced member to rent from. I guess I'm scared to send money to a stranger.

I've already read the FAQ which gives guidelines for the transaction, but maybe you have some suggestions about shady things to look out for?

Any tips?
