Tips for Van Driver

We are a party of 8 and are being picked up by Murray Hill Transportation in a van. What do you think is fair tip?

20% of the fare (split between the two legs) and maybe a few extra $$ for all the luggage. Plus an extra $5 if you are making a grocery stop.
