Like most, I get points for debit card purchases. We have so many auto payments set up to come out of our checking account. However, when we set them up we didn't provide our checking number and bank routing number. Instead we gave them our debit card number just like you would if you were going to set it up to come off your credit card.
Also, I like cashback websites like fatwallet.com and Bing. However, I just got an email that Bing cashback is being discontinued.
Slickdeals.net is awesome, too. If there is a purchase I know I'm going to make I almost always go to this website first and do a search to see if there is a coupon online or if anyone knows of any sales, etc.
Cutting back on going out to eat is a a big expense saver for us. This is always our "family challenge" before any big trip.
Another one I just thought of ... I order from amazon frequently. I keep several items in my shopping cart because they tell you when the price fluctuates. So if there is an item I need to purchase and the price goes down I'll pull the trigger and buy it at the lower price.
