Tips for multi-room groups?

I'm looking for any tips on how to plan for a large gathering (I say large, but I just mean people in 3-5 rooms). Is there a thread already on this subject?

i've only gone with a group as large as 11 but in total we were spread out in 5 rooms.
request that they are next to each other.
this makes it easy to communicate.
then just make sure you come up with a game plan and determine when and where you will all meet up as i'm sure that not everyone is gonna want to do the exact same thing.
for example we all did fantasyland together then some of us wanted to meet characters and some did not so we then made a pln to meet at lunch.

Don't try to keep the group together all the time. Plan meals and activities together and then let each small group also have time to do stuff in their own.
