Tips for moving 1 month before cruise

Hi I need all the tips I can get as to how to stay sane through all this.
We (DH and Me) plan to move Dec 30 and our cruise is Feb 13.
When we booked our cruise in Aug we started getting together some of the things we will be taking on the cruise like water shoes, tote bag, the new summer clothes we got for a deal on the summer clearance racks, sun screen and hats.

We have a large suit case that I have been stashing these items in that way I know exactly where they are when the time comes.
I have put together a binder with all itineraries, conformation number, for both the cruise the rental car and the Disney resort we will be staying at, park passes. I keep it in the luggage too. That way evrtything is together.

Now what I am forgetting?

Any help would be great.

Did you book direct with DCL or through a travel agent.

You need to make sure that your documents are sent to the correct address...

Make sure you're going to have your birth certificates & any other important info handy & accessible.

Were in the same boat! We move next month and are on the January 4 cruise. I hope all goes well. Right now our agent says she hopes we are in by New Years! We better be! We leave on the 29th!

We went on a 7 day in July with 3 other couples...1 of them moved literally 1 week to the day before we left for the cruise. Here is what she did...hope it helps. As she was packing up 1 house, anytime she came across anything that she would need on the cruise, she put it in a seperate box. That way, when she was unpacking the new house the week before the cruise, she didn't have to worry about misplacing anything she would need on the cruise. She wasn't stuck searching a still unfamiliar house for things she would need, and the things she needed for the cruise didn't get in her way as she was unpacking. It was a good system that worked well.

This is what I have been doing. I am putting things in a suit case so I know right where to find them.
Then before the cruise I will pack the suitcases neatly because right now I have just been throwing things in there as I come acrossed them.
We booked to DVC so hopefully all of the last minute documents should reach us at our new house in time for the cruise.
Birth cert. are in fire box which my sister is safe guarding.
What else I am forgetting HUM
