Tips for ME drivers?

Is it normal to tip your ME driver? How much is average?

Not sure what others do but I only tip the driver if he handles any of my bags -- like if we have carry-ons and he has had to stow them and retrieve them from under the bus. In that case I tip him but otherwise I don't.

I tip $2 per item they may have to handle (a carryon-sized bag or stroller) and store under the bus. Otherwise nothing.
