Tips for driving from NE to WDW

Every time I see something like this posted, I think they are talking about driving from Nebraska! LOL

I know nothing about RVs I'm sure my ILs do but what does that mean? Where on an RV is there propane? for the gas stove? I don't really know what kind of stove it is...but for whatever reason i think its gas.

As Kristen said, most RVs run a lot of stuff on propane, or offer propane and electric. Because of this they carry larger then the allowed amount of propane based on the tunnel restrictions. You are allowed to carry a maximum of 10# of propane per container, 10 containers maximum. Most trailer RV (travel trailer and 5th wheel) carry at east 2 30# cylinders, some carry 40#. Even popups carry at least 1 20# and I have seen some with 2 20# or 30# bottles. A motor home usually has a permanently mounted tank, my old Monaco had a 38 Gallon propane tank (about 130# tank.) So rather then get into issues with MD Transit Authority, its better to just plot your course around it.

I would also say, take a look into using RT301 to get down past DC, depending on the time of the day it could turn out faster then I95.
