One thing from when I stayed at RPR. We are early park people and the boats weren't picking up in time to get to the park at opening. Its easier/quicker to walk to IOA than to take the water taxi.

did you go in a low season time?

i had no issues getting to the park/city walk at 8 in the morning using the water taxis last year.

last water taxi out from citywalk/parks will be at 2:00 in the morning.

I was there in October and we didn't even get picked up until after park opening, it was very frustrating. Hopefully it was just an off day, but after that we didn't take the boats to the park in the AM.

We didnn't have a prob last month when we went.Like macraven said we were @ CW @ 8am also.

You should also try to ride Dueling Dragons at night--feels like you are flying and the park looks fantastic with the lights.

It's a diff expierennce at night,so is Jaws!

We were there in April of this year and the first boat from RPR started at 8:30 every morning. I'm sure it depends on the time of year but I believe they always start before the park opens (unless something is going wrong and it's just an off day)

Hopefully that was the case, but I'll have a hard time staying at the RPR again after staying at HRH last trip!
