Tips, advice, opinions on my itinerary

I don't know why I am struggling this trip so much. I went to WDW so many times as a CM and didn't worry about what to do and what I couldn't fit in. DH has been a million times (as a kid) and so has no opinion So here is what I have planned...

Sat

Flight leaves at 8 into Sanford
Pick up rental car and drive to POFQ
Spend the afternoon hanging out and swimming
Church at 5:30
Dinner at 7 at Boma

Sun
Breakfast at Spoodles
Drop off Car at Dolphin
Head to EPCOT
Le Cellier at 2
MGM for the evening

Mon
Typhoon for the first half of the day
Dinner at 7 at O'hana
Wishes Cruise

Tuesday
Animal Kingdom
DTD for lunch and shopping
Back to EPCOT for eating around the world and Illuminations

Wed
Pick up rental car at Dolphin
Breakfast at Kona
Spend the day at MK
leave for lunch (not sure where yet)

Thurs
Leave early for Port Canaveral and the Wonder

Oh I forgot to say that we are going April 2. And the reason for the 2 seperate car rentals is to save money

Any advice would be helpful. I hate that we left MK for the last day. I keep thinking what if it rains. We each have a 1 day PH left and are buying 2 Day PH pluses. Thanks!!

I keep thinking what if it rains

Some of my best Disney memories have been while wearing a poncho and walking around the MK in the rain....not much closes, and many people leave.
