Tipping?

I know this has probably already been asked, but I was just wondering what is an average tip for mousekeeping and bell services?

I guess that depends on what you feel they should get. I have been reading that it is about $4-5.00 a day for mousekeeping and a dollar a bag for bell hop service. If we get good service i will tip and if not i will tip less. We are leaving in a few days and cant wait to go.
