tipping while staying in villas

they come in only on wed. for a freshen up.

If you are staying on DVC points, and not paying cash through Disney Reservations, they will change the towels and empty the trash on the 4th day of your stay. They do not make beds, vacuum, or do other housekeeping...just towels and trash.

If your point stay is 8 days or longer, you get a full service housekeeping on day 4, with trash & towel on day 8.

You may pay additonal fees for housekeeping or extra trash and towel days. Costs will vary depending on the size of the villa.

You'll get many different answers to your question about tipping. Our family leaves a tip if the villa was shipshape when we moved in and the trash-and-towel and housecleanings were done properly. It's less than we'd tip for full daily maid service, but we consider it a nice motivator for a group of people who are paid very little.
