tipping towncar drivers

How much should we tip our towncar drivers?
We are using a towncar for 4 from the airport to PO Riverside and a van for 6 to and from the cruise. We don't want to be cheap, just fair.

I usually tip $10 each way when I use Tiffany Towncar (which equals over 20% of the fare). If I have extra bags, or the driver does something extraordinary, I will bump that up a bit. Just make sure you plan on tipping half of the tip amount each way--sometimes you end up with different drivers each way.

$10 each way to and from the airport, minimum $20 each way to and from the cruise. Add extra if more than four people, you have a lot of bags, or make a grocery stop.
